The product starts from a two months period maceration of a set of more than 100 herbs, in hydro alcoholic solution. The product is aged in sherry casks to stabilize flavors and color.
Vermouth has notes of red mahogany intense color with amber glows with low graduation and smooth clean product turbidity. The nose is very intense with notes of wild flowers, aromatic and spicy herbs and a touch of wood. We also found balsamic notes which provide us with a nice bitter touch. The palate is soft but with a perfect balance with the product acidity. Long and unique aftertaste with intense bitter notes, that speak of the high product quality.
